Benefits of Reflexology

Today Reflexology is transforming the lives of hundreds of people suffering from a wide variety of problems. A recent survey carried out by the Association of Reflexologists showed that stress and hypertension was top of the list of complaints being successfully treated by its members. Back pain was the second most common complaint, with migraine in third place. The list also included diabetes, sciatica, angina and multiple sclerosis. Sinus problems, ears and eyes, neck and back conditions and menstrual disorders are also treated.
Other benefits of reflexology include:
The ability to cope more effectively under pressure
Speedy recovery and return to work after an illness, accident or surgery
Better morale, enhanced concentration and creativity
One thing Reflexology cannot help with is sore feet — there are no reflecting points for feet on the feet. But often clients who complain of foot problems have ailments elsewhere in the body that are uncovered during a session.
